I like the idea of having a map at the beginning. We could point to specific areas and mention key accomplishments and/or corresponding page numbers to read more.

Another area where a map could work well. Do we have data to pull into a graph or two like this?

Nice design for a staff page. Could think about including something like this considering all the leadership changes in the past year.

Clean layout to consider for the finance section. Smart use of color
